You may use Securelytix only if you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you're using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

To use Securelytix, you'll need to create an account.

Please keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately so we can help protect it.

We built Securelytix to help organizations securely process sensitive information.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform or create security risks.

Your data belongs to you.

When you use Securelytix, you remain the owner of all information you submit. We process that information only to provide the Services you've requested, such as tokenization, secure storage, and authorized restoration.

We do not use your customer data to train AI models.

Security is at the core of Securelytix.

We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and secure infrastructure. While we work hard to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We work to keep Securelytix available and reliable. Occasionally, we may perform maintenance, release updates, or experience unexpected outages.

Whenever possible, we'll minimize disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

The Securelytix platform, APIs, documentation, branding, and software are owned by Securelytix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership of our technology.

To the extent permitted by law, Securelytix will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the previous twelve months.

As Securelytix evolves, we may update these Terms.

If we make significant changes, we'll notify users through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
